The all new Grundfos CU 302 is designed for monitoring and controlling SQE submersible pumps in residential water supply applications. The CU302 is pre-configured for constant pressure (the most common application) offering a plug-and-play solution, saving time on commissioning of new systems. For other applications, the CU302 offeres provides several control modes that are accessed via the Grundfos GO app.
The simple user interface and built-in Bluetooth module ensure easy installation and configuration via the Grundfos GO app. This also offered extensive setup and monitoring options. Give you customer piece of mind with monitoring via the Grundfos HOME app.
The CU302 is euipped with power and pump connections and offers two configurable inputs and outputs.
From the controller display:
- Pump can be turned on/off
- See application related data
- Adjust system setpoint
- System Status Indication
- Alarm and Warning Indication
The CU302 communicates with the pump through the power cable; this communication principle is called power-line communication and means that no additional cables are required to the pump. When is comes to system faults, the Grundfos GO app offers detailed information and logs that can help engineer find the root cause of failures.
The following logs are available through Grundfos GO or remote monitoring:
- Alarms and Warning (last 50 entries)
- Installation log (completed by installed)
- Historic data for different intervals (total, today and yesterday) showing; Operating Time, Number of Starts, Energy Consumption, Volume Pumped (flow meter required)
In addition the controller can use Wi-FI, GENIbus or Modbus to monitor the system remotely either through Grundfos HOME, Grundfos Asset Management or another SCADA system.
