Grundfos CPS Kit

Grundfos Constant Pressure Set (CPS) Kit is designed to work with Grundfos SQE borehole pumps to create a pressurized water system. The 'all in one box' solution is easy to install and operate. This system is one complete solution without the need of additional controls or wiring and virtually maintenance free. With the use of the Grundfos CU301 controller; the intelligent control unit monitors the system's performance continuously, if necessary system can be adjusted with the touch of a button.

The Grundfos CPS kit includes everything you need to set up a pressurized water system; Grundfos CU301, pressure transducer, pressure vessel, isolation valve and pressure gauge.

The Grundfos CPS kit does not include the Grundfos SQE borehole pump or cable; these will need to be specified separately.

Grundfos CU300 & CU301 Panel

Grundfos CU300/301 controllers have been developed to work with the SQE submersible pumps. This allows the control of the pump on the basis of sensor signals, setting operational parameters, monitoring of operation and alarm indication. The panel communicates via the submersible pump cable so no additional cables are required.

Grundfos CU302 Control Panel

The all new Grundfos CU 302 is designed for monitoring and controlling SQE submersible pumps in residential water supply applications. The CU302 is pre-configured for constant pressure (the most common application) offering a plug-and-play solution, saving time on commissioning of new systems. For other applications, the CU302 offeres provides several control modes that are accessed via the Grundfos GO app.

The simple user interface and built-in Bluetooth module ensure easy installation and configuration via the Grundfos GO app. This also offered extensive setup and monitoring options. Give you customer piece of mind with monitoring via the Grundfos HOME app.

Grundfos CUE VSD Single Phase

CUE is a complete range of 1 x 200-240 volt single phase input external frequency converters designed for speed control of a wide range of Grundfos pumps. CUE has a built-in PI controller and offers the same functionality and user-interface as Grundfos E-pumps.

Options of IP21 for mounting in control panel enclosures or IP55 for wall-mounted applications are available. Also the CUE is available with integrated STO (Safe Torque Off) safety function that immediately removes torque generation from the motor shaft, improving overall system safety (price on application)

Grundfos CUE VSD Three Phase

CUE is a complete range of 3 x 380-500 volt three phase input external frequency converters designed for speed control of a wide range of Grundfos pumps. CUE has a built-in PI controller and offers the same functionality and user-interface as Grundfos E-pumps.

Options of IP20 for mounting in control panel enclosures or IP55 for wall-mounted applications are available. Also the CUE is available with integrated STO (Safe Torque Off) safety function that immediately removes torque generation from the motor shaft, improving overall system safety (price on application)

Grundfos Sine Wave Filter

The Grundfos Sine wave filters have a high degree of filtering, resulting in a high reduction of the stress on the motor insulation system. At the same time, they reduce the acoustic noise from the motor. Motor losses are reduced due to the fact that a sine-wave filter converts the output pulses of the frequency converter into at sine-wave-shaped. The result is a sine-wave-shaped current and reduced motor noise.

Maximum cable length with a sine-wave filter is 300 m.

They are installed between the Variable Speed Drive and the motor, and are sized dependent on the max. motor running current (amps). Input and output are 3 x 230 volts or 3 x 400 volts, so are suitable for both single and three phase mains power systems. They are typically used on borehole pump applications involving long cable runs.

Lowara Hydrovar HVL2 5th Gen

The Lowara HVL2 5th Generation Hydrovar is the intelligent pump controller that matches the performance to system demand. The Hydrovar is easily mounted directly on the motor of the pump and will fit on any standard TEFC NEMA motor. It can also be fitted with an optional wall mounting bracket incorporating a cooling fan.This makes the Hydrovar an excellent choice for retrofitting and upgrading of fixed speed systems. There’s no need for an external control panel when using Hydrovar.

The HVL2 Series requires a 230 volt single phase input and outputs 3 x 230 volt three phase. The motor data plate should be checked to ensure compatibility. Most submersible pump motors will not be suitable.

Lowara Hydrovar HVL4 5th Gen

The Lowara HVL4 5th Generation Hydrovar is the intelligent pump controller that matches the performance to system demand. Lowara Resiboost

The Lowara Resiboost is a 'plug-and-play' solution to have a variable speed pump using a single phase (230v) power supply. Specifically designed for maintaining a constant pressure independently of the flow required on your water system.

A single phase motor filter is required when the pump motor cable will exceed 20m in length. This will clean up the electrical signal sent to the pump motor allowing for smoother operation over extended cable distances.
