Pump Capacitors
Electrolytic capacitors are employed in single phase induction motors in order to increase their starting torque. It is necessary that such starting takes place in a fraction of a second and that once starting has occurred the capacitor is disconnected from the circuit by means of either a starting switch or relay. The capacitive element is made of aluminium foils treated and separated by a leaf of impregnated paper as the electrolyte.
Irristart Pump Control Panel
The Irristart is built in-house by our own qualified electricians; fully tested and ready to install pump start relay unit. Requiring a 24v input signal from an irrigation controller (or other source) to run the pump. The panel consists of a waterproof enclosure to IP56 incorporating a motor contactor, overload, 24v relay switch and base and a connector strip.
The panels are incredibly easy to install and just requires a 230v single phase electrical supply, connection of the 24v pump and input signal from a controller source. Please note the Irristart is supplied with full wiring instruction. Cable glands are not provided. Max motor size 0.75kW/6 amps or 1.5 kW/9 amps depeding on panel required
Please note there is no facility to add a float switch as in earlier versions. Another control panel, such as the Pump Start Pro 230v, should be chosen if this option is required.

The Pump Start Pro is built to the specific requirements of LWS. This comprehensive single pump starting relay includes overload protection and dry run protection. With a multitude of input options you can control the pump via a 24v input signal, rollerball float switch or even low-voltage probe control. Each panel includes aront display that includes power, motor run, motor fault, low level and thermal cut out lights. Also there is Auto/Off/Manual start button control. This unit is supplied s a 1x230v single phase unit only. Maximum motor size is 2.2kW/18 amps.

Each panel includes a frnt display that includes power, motor run, motor fault, low level and thermal cut out lights. Also there is Auto/Off/Manual start button control. This unit is supplied aa 3x400v three phase unit only. Maximum motor size is 7.0kW/16 amps or 13kW/16-25 amps depending on model required.

DAB E.Box Pump Control Panels
The DAB E.BOX range of electronic control panels are for the protection and automatic operation of either one or two submersible pumps, or pressurizing both 230 VAC single-phase and/or 230/400 VAC three-phase, installed in domestic, civil and industrial environments. Compatible with all models of pumps with a current between 1 and 12 amps, with power up to 2.2kW single phase or 5.5kW three phase, as described in the products compatibility chart.
