Galvanized malleable iron pipe fittings are hot-dipped in zinc prior to machining, making them more resistant to corrosion.

Generally they have BSI Kitemark approval and conform to BS EN 10242 and have UL approval.

All threaded fittings are BSP standards and generally will be to BS EN 10226-2 and BS 21 taper threaded male and taper threaded female, with some exceptions depending on availability where the female fitting may be parallel threaded.

Generally, all threaded fittings are suitable for a pressure up to 25 bar, subject to the connecting pipe material, the threaded joint and the sealant used.

All fittings are available as black (non-galvanised) if required.
