Rain Bird 8000 series pop up rotor is an ideal for large turf areas for commercial and sports turf applications. An uncompromising 1" pop up rotor.

The Rain Bird 8000 series pop up rotor uses colour coded Rain Curtain™ nozzles; which have a specific nozzle for close in watering. This gives optimal distribution and close in watering resulting in superior uniformity. With interchangeable nozzles from the front; without the need for special tools. The nozzle retaining screw also works as the radius reduction screw; allow range reduction of up to 25% without changing the nozzle.

Simple installation and serviceability with complete 'top down' adjustment or replacement. With individual left and right side trips it is even easier to set the are without removing the sprinkler internals; with full adjustment from 50° to 330° or 360° true non reversing full circle.

The Rain Bird 8000 series includes anti-vandal protection; which returns the arc to its original setting after tampering; using Rain Bird's Memory Arc® technology. There is also a non-strippable drive mechanism and brass reinforced nozzle turret to riser connections to withstand damage from vandals and equipment. With an optional stainless steel riser to deter vandalism.

Installed with a SAM check valve to prevent puddling and erosion caused by low head drainage. A standard rubber cover and the option of a Sod Cup (turf cap) for player safety when installed on a playing surface (authorized by the French and Swiss Football Federation).
